Since I'll be attending the Gentleman Jack's Art, Beats + Lyrics Event in Atlanta this weekend, I decided to dedicate this weeks fabulous cocktail to Gentleman Jack...meet the Gentleman Cobbler! I had an awesome time at last years event, hopefully this years lives up to the hype!
Ingredients
- 50ml Gentleman Jack
- 35ml Pineapple Juice
- 2 Orange wedges
- Club Soda
- Fruit garnish
Method w/ Cocktail Shaker
If you have a cocktail shaker, you can add Gentleman Jack, pineapple juice and the fruit over a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously, then pour into tall glass, pop a few ice cubes in and top off with club soda.
Method w/o Cocktail Shaker
Crush the fruit with a muddler or the back of a dessert spoon in a tall glass. Once the juice is extracted, pour in the Gentleman Jack and juice. Fill the glass to the top with ice, the finish with club soda.
